Quote

We provide comprehensive design consultations tailored to your convenience, offering appointments either online, or over the phone. During these sessions, we address your needs and offer guidance on design, planning, and structural considerations. Following the consultation, we will provide a detailed quote for your project once all details are agreed upon.

Survey

Our specialist team will attend your property to undertake a measured survey.

Design

We create proposed drawings based on consultation briefs, considering planning, buildability. Client feedback guides revisions until approval.

Submit

We compile a planning package including existing and proposed floor plans, elevations, and site plans. Application submission is followed by proactive monitoring, typically taking 8 weeks for approval.
